Customized Travel Planning
International Travel Planning - $80 per travel day
Domestic US Travel Planning - $49 per travel day
Group Travel - Additional fees apply for groups over 5 people (fees vary based on destination, number of travel days and size of the group).
Group Travel
Groups of 6 or more people:
International Travel - Flat fee of $50 per person added to trip
Domestic US Travel - Flat fee of $30 per person added to trip

One hour consultation on your destination without planning - $30
Booking only without research and itinerary planning - $0
Flight consultation - $25
Airline Reservations - $50 per person
Restaurant & Nightlife Recommendations & Reservations - $50 (for a trip of 7 days or less, +$5 per day for trips over 7 days)
Changes to a booked itinerary - $50 per request

How It Works...
Initial Contact
You start your journey with Wanderlust Pammy Travel by sending an email of interest. In this email, you should include your full name, the travel destination you have in mind, your dates of travel, how many people you will be traveling with and what type of trip you are interested in (romantic getaway, girl's trip, family vacation, etc). If you aren't sure of the destination, we can narrow that down in our initial consultation. Once I receive you email, I will send out a travel planning worksheet for you to complete and return to me prior to our introductory consultation.
Introductory Consultation
After you complete and return your travel planning worksheet, I will reach out to you to schedule a 30 to 45 minute introductory consultation. During this introductory session we will discuss each aspect of your travel needs including budget, traveler requests and preferred activities. This is your trip, and the information shared will help to shape your truly personalized experience!
Booking the flights
Before I begin planning your trip, your flights must be booked. This is how I know that you are fully committed to this vacation. Typically, you would book your own flight, but I can consult with you on booking with them or book them for you for an additional fee (see the Pricing section for these fees)
Research
Next you can sit back and relax as I begin to pull your vision together. I will put together a detailed outline of your itinerary with options of accommodations, activities, and transportation for you to choose from. Once I have put that together, I will email it to you for consideration and we will schedule our second consultation session. During our second session, we will review the outline I have provided and discuss your preferences for your final itinerary. Once you give me the green light, I will get to work booking your dream vacation!
Enjoy your vacation
After the trip is booked, your final itinerary will be emailed to you and it will also be accessible from an app that I will have you download to your mobile phone. With your fully customized itinerary in hand, you are ready to get going!
